Paid Strength: Distribution is strictly against Paid data received from the accountant

SKU: Product wise SKU. This is unique for each product.

 ▪ Item Name: the items that the organization is dealing with should be mentioned in detail

▪ TO – Stock received from CWH (Central Warehouse). This qty is visible once TO is accepted.

▪ Distribution: Actual Stock distribution to paid parents.

Invoice: Against each product/SKU invoice is a must and should be equal to distribution.

System Stock – TO Minus Invoices = System Stock.

Good Physical Stock – Stock which can be used and sellable and further distributed to students.

▪ Damage Stock- Returned stock or Stock that got damaged at Branch will be dispatched to CWH for exchange.

Total Physical Stock = Good + Damage and this should be equal to ZOHO Stock.

Conclusion: Every software has its own advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage with respect to the IMS software is technical aspects that should be updated frequently. As organizations are investing huge monetary assets in building the technology infrastructure yet they couldn’t be productive because of the technological disruptions. The organization should focus on these intermediate obstacles. If so then it will be beneficial for the managers and eventually productivity improves.
